He is was born June 20, 1975, in Kimberley, Northern Cape in Kimberley, South Africa.

At the moment, the artist lives and works in Cape Town.
In his installations, he prefers to use sound, media material, glass, and other materials. He uses his knowledge in advertising, studies physics through the use of installations, the ellipsis. The artist acquaints us with the world of nature, faith and knowledge of the modern world. His works are presented in museums and galleries.  Webb also works as a sound designer, curator and teacher.

For his sound deployed experimentally and all volume sound installations, the artist received a prize 2008 ABSA L’Atelier Award. And also his works are in many private collections.
