Latta paintings are structured by waves, smooth and rough acrylic creates a sculpture on the canvas. A slightly rounded shape of the edges of the pattern gives the modelling as Gaudi shapes or waves, or draperies, depending on the angle of light entering the work.
Somewhere in his work, fish look through, some resemble moss, and what pictures are similar to a stone that has been marred by the waves for centuries, and also resembles marble. His paintings as particles of the galaxy are collected and displayed on his canvases. A chemical reaction compound.
